Product Availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the next day provided payment is validated/received before 14h00 hours. Standard Delivery time on stock available is 1- 5 working days.

Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 working days plus freight transit time to refill stock availability. If stock cannot be refilled, then alternative will be offered or order will be cancelled.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Shesha will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

We do our best to ensure that the product you’re ordering is available at the time of purchase. That said, in some instance’s product will become unavailable during the order process, and we will not be able to fulfil your order. We make no guarantees on the availability of product as represented on our Site

Delivery

Shesha Lifestyle uses Fastway as our trusted local courier and DHL as the trusted international courier

Standard delivery time on available products is 1-5 working days provided that Shesha Lifestyle has such items in stock. Goods will only be shipped once the order has been paid for in full.

Shesha Lifestyle offers free delivery to anywhere in South Africa on orders R500 and over. Any orders under R500 will include a shipping fee of R99.

Orders received from outside the borders of South Africa will be shipped with DHL and billed accordingly at checkout.

It is the customers duty to ensure the correct delivery address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

In the event that the package is returned undelivered due to the incorrect delivery address you will be charged R99 for the next attempt

Although reasonable care is taken, Shesha accepts no responsibility whatsoever for incorrect delivery details or if an unauthorised person at the delivery address accepts delivery of the order.

Undelivered Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this event take place, we will attempt to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

 

 

 

Order Processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflects in our bank account.

Refunds/Returns & Exchanges Policy for Website Purchases Only

In order for a refund to be considered the goods must be in its original condition undamaged/unworn with all relevant packaging still intact/undamaged

The goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase – A valid RA number must be requested from support@sheshalifestyle.com with full details on why you would like to return/exchange the item.

In the event of a return due to customer fault i.e incorrect size or colour ordered; the customer will be fully liable for fees incurred to return. Returning for an exchange will incur a cost to you of R75. Returning for a refund will incur cost to you of R50.

In the event of a return due to Shesha Lifestyle negligence, Shesha Lifestyle will cover full shipping fees incurred

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent from support@sheshalifestyle.com to notify you of the approval or rejection

One receipt and acceptance of the goods Shesha Lifestyle will make reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if a replacement is not possible Shesha Lifestyle will refund the purchase price, including delivery cost within 7 Days of return.

We do not accept returns on Caps/Socks/Underwear/Tech & Sales Items.

Card transactions will be acquired for Shesha via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.
